Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide development teams in architectural choices and strategic technology decisions to ensure CPO platform coherence, maintainability, security, and scalability

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • More than 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing complex digital solutions
  • Proven expertise as a Technical Lead, ideally with CommerceTools or recognized e-commerce platforms
  • Significant hands-on experience in international Retail environments with deep understanding of omnichannel and multicultural challenges
  • Solid foundation in software development, service-oriented architectures, APIs, and systems integration
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Cloud environments, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and engineering methodologies that emphasize quality and automation
  • Exceptional communication and influence capabilities enabling effective collaboration across business, product, architecture, and external partner teams
  • Native-level fluency in French and strong proficiency in English
