Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer guidance on watch repair services and technical matters at the reception desk
  • Process watch repair requests, battery replacements, and bracelet adjustments with accuracy and care
  • Generate repair quotations and communicate technical repair requirements to customers
  • Offer product consultation on straps, accessories, and complementary horological goods
  • Handle multi-channel customer communications via telephone, email, and social media platforms
  • Execute administrative tasks utilizing bespoke systems and Microsoft Excel for operational efficiency
  • Coordinate the dispatch and logistics of timepieces to and from repair facilities
  • Liaise with headquarters on technical and administrative matters primarily in English
  • Allocate approximately 40% of time to reception-based client engagement and 60% to back-office repair documentation and technical coordination

Qualifications

  • Completed minimum two years of specialized horological education at a recognized watch school (domestic or international)
  • Demonstrated minimum three years of professional experience in watch repair, repair support services, or repair-focused customer engagement
  • Proficiency with fundamental PC applications including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Functional English language ability (fluency not required, but necessary for customer interactions and training delivery)
