Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical HR advice to management and local leadership on employee relations, disciplinary processes and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with national labor law and internal HR policy; prepare and review contracts, addenda and legally required documentation.
- Lead and support social dialogue and collective bargaining processes in collaboration with senior HR and external legal counsel.
- Manage sensitive employee investigations and grievance procedures with discretion, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through.
- Partner with HR business partners to design and deploy remedial actions, restructuring plans and change-management activities.
- Develop and deliver training for managers on labor law, disciplinary procedure, performance evaluation and HR policy application.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in employment law and social legislation relevant to the country of hire, with hands-on experience handling complex employee relations cases.
- Experience advising managers and senior leaders on disciplinary processes, redundancies and collective bargaining.
- Track record of partnering on HR projects and translating legal requirements into pragmatic HR processes.
- High degree of discretion, ethical standards and ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
- Fluency in technical HR documentation, ability to draft legal summaries and prepare materials for executive decision-making.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable responsibility for employee relations, labor law compliance and social dialogue; prior exposure to luxury retail, manufacturing or offices in a regulated environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, law or a related discipline.
