Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical after‑sales support to clients and retail teams, diagnosing product issues and recommending corrective actions.

  • Represent the brand professionally during client interactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Vocational or technical diploma in watchmaking, jewellery technology, textiles, footwear or related craft, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Proven experience in luxury after‑sales, repairs or technical service environments; experience with boutique operations preferred.
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage sensitive client expectations and escalations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of product construction, materials and quality control processes relevant to luxury goods.
