Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and perform routine watch servicing including bracelet adjustments, water-resistance testing, accuracy checks, battery replacements, and time calibration
  • Operate technical and IT systems related to after-sales operations, inventory management, and customer relationship management
  • Manage repair inventory and procurement of replacement components
  • Deliver reliable, precise, and premium-quality customer service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Consult clients on technical product information and timepiece specifications
  • Support active data capture and CRM system integration for all after-sales customers
  • Coordinate and execute after-sales customer reception and associated administrative tasks
  • Participate in internal and external boutique events to strengthen customer relationships and brand engagement
  • Serve as technical expert resource for the boutique team, developing collective horological knowledge and technical capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the watches or horology industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in contemporary luxury timepieces and vintage/pre-owned watches
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the horology sector, market trends, and technical specifications
  • Relationship-building mindset with a strong customer and service-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to address technical challenges and navigate complex customer situations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent proficiency in German and English
