Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical advice and product knowledge to clients and boutique teams, specialising in the brand’s product category (e.g., watches, jewellery or leather goods).
  • Diagnose and document product faults; coordinate repair and restoration processes with in‑house ateliers or external service centres.
  • Deliver client consultations and follow‑up communications to ensure technical issues are resolved and client satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications
