Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to daily production objectives across quality, quantity, timeliness, and operational efficiency
- Manage workshop operations, including production scheduling, workforce planning, absence management, and day-to-day team coordination
- Communicate operational information between senior management and workshop staff; contribute to overall workshop performance optimization
- Mentor and develop direct reports; monitor sector functionality and team cohesion
- Collaborate closely with the Finishing Team Lead and cross-functional departments including Industrialization, Quality, Workshop Assistants, and Project Managers
- Participate in workshop evolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Technical background (certification or degree) with 2–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of production scheduling, planning, and team management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; prior ERP system experience
- Strong commitment to quality and operational excellence; passionate about knowledge transfer and team development
- Well-organized, decisive, and capable of managing competing priorities
