Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities across manufacturing, technical, retail and corporate functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding for mid- to senior-level roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialised horology, engineering and production skills through proactive sourcing and campus recruitment.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define role profiles, competency frameworks and selection criteria.
- Develop employer branding initiatives and candidate experience programs tailored to luxury and artisanal audiences.
- Use recruitment metrics and dashboards to track time-to-hire, quality of hire and forecast hiring needs; optimise processes and ATS usage.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labour legislation, work permit processes and internal HR policies during hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field; advanced HR certification advantageous.
- Proven experience managing recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships in complex organisations.
- Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and work permit procedures.
- Demonstrable ability to recruit for technical/manufacturing roles as well as corporate and retail positions.
- Strong interview, assessment and offer-negotiation skills with high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity; experience within luxury goods, precision manufacturing or watchmaking recruitment is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent; advanced HR certification (e.g., CIPD, HRCI) preferred but not mandatory.
