Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants and local authorities on-site; manage permitting and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Own project schedules, risk registers and cost control; identify and implement corrective actions to mitigate scope, schedule or budget variances.
  • Act as primary liaison between retail operations, visual merchandising, procurement and commercial stakeholders to align store layout, services and fit-out requirements.
  • Manage tendering and procurement processes for fit-out contractors, furniture, fixtures and equipment; evaluate bids and steward supplier performance.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure delivery meets technical, safety and brand finishing standards.
