Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end store design and rollout projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to brand standards, schedule and budget.
- Develop and review technical drawings, construction documentation and FF&E specifications in collaboration with architects, interior designers and external consultants.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants and local authorities on-site; manage permitting and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Own project schedules, risk registers and cost control; identify and implement corrective actions to mitigate scope, schedule or budget variances.
- Act as primary liaison between retail operations, visual merchandising, procurement and commercial stakeholders to align store layout, services and fit-out requirements.
- Manage tendering and procurement processes for fit-out contractors, furniture, fixtures and equipment; evaluate bids and steward supplier performance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure delivery meets technical, safety and brand finishing standards.
- Prepare regular project reports, presentations and handover documentation for internal stakeholders and store operations teams.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering or related discipline.
