Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end store design and rollout projects across the region, from concept development through handover and post-occupancy evaluation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and resources; drive milestone delivery and cost control while preserving brand quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including retail operations, visual merchandising, buying, legal and property teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Select, contract and supervise external consultants, architects, contractors and specialist vendors; conduct site inspections and quality control.
- Translate brand design briefs into technical drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with local building codes, health & safety and permitting requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, risk logs and change requests to senior management; institute corrective actions where required.
- Oversee procurement of FF&E and technical installations and manage logistics for store openings, refits and seasonal rollouts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing medium-to-large retail store design and fit-out projects in a multi-site environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience controlling project budgets, forecasting costs and negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multicultural teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, permitting processes and health & safety standards relevant to retail fit-outs.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) or formal training in project management, architecture, interior design or construction management are advantageous.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in retail store design, construction management or project management, with demonstrable experience delivering luxury retail fit-outs and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or project management certification preferred.
