Spare Parts Controller position at Audemars Piguet Singapore. Fixed-term contract supporting inventory and logistics operations for luxury watch servicing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, verification, and storage of spare parts and associated documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records through regular controls and cycle counts
- Prepare picking lists and coordinate timely distribution of spare parts to support workshop repair activities
- Support order management activities including order preparation, shipment coordination, and customer follow-up
- Coordinate shipment and return of components while ensuring compliance with logistics and customs requirements
- Monitor inventory movements and support forecasting activities to ensure appropriate stock availability
- Maintain accurate records and support the integrity of logistics and inventory management processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to spare parts management and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Customer Service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to quality initiatives and ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
- Experience with spare parts, inventory control, or distribution processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory or ERP systems
- Experience within a luxury, technical service, manufacturing, or customer service environment
- Fluency in English
