About Audemars Piguet
The employer is a Swiss haute‑horlogerie manufacture based in Le Brassus, operating within the luxury watch sector. The maison combines artisanal watchmaking traditions with industrial precision and global distribution, and collaborates closely across production, design and commercial teams to deliver high‑end timepieces to an international clientele.
Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst at a Le Brassus‑based Swiss watch manufacture — Le Brassus, Switzerland. Lead analytics, ERP/BI and supply‑chain optimisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead quantitative analyses of end‑to‑end supply chain performance and produce actionable KPIs and executive dashboards for procurement, production and distribution stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP and BI systems; design and deliver reports, data models and automated workflows to support demand planning, MRP and inventory optimisation.
- Drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives—S&OP alignment, lead‑time reduction, SKU rationalisation and cost‑to‑serve analyses—using data‑driven methodologies and scenario modelling.
- Ensure master‑data integrity and collaborate with IT to implement system changes, integrations and user acceptance testing for supply‑chain modules.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management; manage projects and coordinate external consultants where required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in supply chain analytics or planning within manufacturing or luxury goods contexts.
- Strong stakeholder management: ability to influence production, procurement and commercial teams and to communicate complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrable experience defining requirements for ERP/BI implementations and driving deployment through testing and change management.
- Analytical rigor with comfort in large datasets, statistical methods and scenario simulation to support decision‑making.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment; working knowledge of French and English is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Mid‑senior level: typically 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, planning or operations; prior exposure to manufacturing (preferably precision manufacturing or luxury goods) and to ERP/BI project delivery is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or a related discipline; a master's degree or relevant professional certification (APICS/CPIM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Workplace
This position is based in Le Brassus, Vaud, Switzerland, within easy reach of Lausanne.
Culture
The workplace places a premium on technical excellence, meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, reflecting the maison’s horological heritage.
