Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the complete client journey, from initial sales consultation through after-sales services
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-potential and top-tier clients while actively identifying new business opportunities
- Build enduring client relationships through sophisticated clienteling practices and highly personalized engagement strategies
- Support client acquisition initiatives and contribute to the systematic growth of the boutique's client base
- Apply advanced selling techniques and provide expert guidance in navigating complex product and client scenarios
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate accurately on products, services, and after-sales procedures
- Monitor and oversee the client database (CRM) to support targeted client development, meaningful engagement, and data integrity
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, elevated client experiences
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute materially to overall boutique business objectives
- Participate actively in boutique events, client activations, and networking initiatives to reinforce brand presence and client loyalty
- Support stock management, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence across boutique functions
- Coach, develop, and mentor Client Consultants, fostering their growth in advanced selling techniques, product expertise, and client experience delivery
- Serve as a role model on the sales floor, exemplifying best practices in client engagement, CRM discipline, and brand representation

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within a luxury environment
- Strong client-centric mindset with demonstrated success engaging high-net-worth (HNW) and VIP clientele
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and elevate the performance of others
- Strong sales and business acumen with the capacity to drive commercial performance and deliver measurable results
- Documented experience in client development, sophisticated clienteling, and relationship management within a luxury context
