Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as brand ambassador by articulating Audemars Piguet's heritage, design philosophy, and product excellence to clientele at all experience levels
  • Provide exceptional pre- and post-sale customer service, building long-term relationships through personalized attention and consultative selling
  • Engage with both new and returning clients, identifying needs and presenting timepieces and services tailored to individual preferences
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring continuity of client relationships
  • Participate actively in brand events and marketing initiatives, amplifying the Audemars Piguet brand narrative through engaging storytelling
  • Support daily boutique operations by leveraging ERP systems, managing inventory visibility, and ensuring seamless transaction processing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and marketing to optimize customer experience and boutique performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of customer-facing sales or hospitality experience in luxury watches, jewelry, or high-end branded retail
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand values and ability to deliver service with refined hospitality
  • Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) in a professional setting
  • Fluent Japanese language skills—verbal, telephone, and written—for seamless client and internal communication
  • Conversational English competency (fluency not required) for customer interactions and training purposes
  • Advanced proficiency in English or Mandarin Chinese preferred
