Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, client-centric service to high-value and walk-in customers, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, suggestive selling and effective product presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections, materials and heritage to advise clients authoritatively.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales requests with accuracy and discretion.
- Execute visual merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, follow up on leads and coordinate VIP appointments and private viewings.
- Support inventory control processes, deliveries and stockroom organisation; escalate discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
