Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across seasonal collections and convey brand storytelling to clients.
- Manage daily boutique operations including POS transactions, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or surpassing sales KPIs and delivering high-value client experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, late nights and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in Spain and ability to work from the Barcelona boutique.

Mid-level commercial experience with at least 2 years in retail sales; luxury or premium brand background strongly preferred.
Education
