Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, relationship-driven client service to a discerning luxury clientele and develop repeat business through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and boutique standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handle transactions and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Manage stock processes including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support private client events, trunk shows and bespoke client appointments as required.
  • Adhere to brand compliance on product knowledge, pricing, client data protection and store policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' proven sales experience in luxury or high-end retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Polished presentation, impeccable grooming and a client-first professional demeanour.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
