The Sales Administration Specialist supports Audemars Piguet’s boutique retail team across mainland China, managing sales and stock reporting, watch inventory and transfers, sales administration, and logistics for commercial meetings, training and events. The role reports directly to the Retail Performance Manager and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and stock reports; monitor and analyze sales, stock and traffic KPIs at the same intervals.
- Work with the Boutique Manager to follow up on sales forecasts and their implementation.
- Organize shared folders and maintain systematic boutique report filing.
- Manage inventory of sales watches in the warehouse, staff wear watches, essentials and HQ buy-back; monitor aging stock.
- Manage inventory transfers by tracking arrivals and goods receiving, completing system allocations according to boutique requests, following up on physical stock and coordinating watch shipments with logistics.
- Manage vendors and contracts, and oversee purchase orders and payments for boutique supplies.
- Support the preparation of presentations and meetings; draft meeting minutes and follow up on actions; order and replenish CRM cards, guarantee cards and other printed materials, ensuring their quality meets AP standards.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the commercial team for training and meetings; provide logistics support before and on site for meetings, training and events, and handle other assigned administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in luxury retail, with sound business sense and acumen for sales figures.
- Proficiency in budgeting, sales planning, inventory control and logistics arrangements.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Efficiency and the ability to multitask.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
