Audemars Piguet seeks a Retail Education Specialist in Le Brassus, Switzerland to design digital training content and lead retail community engagement for a 1-year contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design diverse digital training content including e-learning modules, micro-learning, videos, interactive modules, podcasts, and quizzes
- Define and oversee a content roadmap aligned with retail operational needs
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify and prioritize relevant training content
- Maintain editorial, visual, and user experience consistency reflecting brand identity and heritage
- Build and animate a community of retail ambassadors to stimulate engagement and knowledge sharing
- Implement engagement mechanics including challenges, digital events, and best practice showcases
- Conduct workshops, gather field insights, and co-create training programmes with retail teams
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration for the department
- Monitor performance metrics and engagement analytics; provide improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in instructional design, digital learning, digital communication, or equivalent
- 3–5 years of professional experience in digital training or learning content development
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Articulate, Rise, Captivate, EasyGenerator, video production, and motion design
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations and boutique environments
- Sensitivity to excellence standards in the fine watchmaking sector
- Creativity, design sensibility, and innovation capabilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Knowledge of CSOD is an asset

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in digital training, learning content development, or related educational technology roles, preferably within luxury, retail, or high-end manufacturing environments.
Education
Master's degree in instructional design, digital learning, digital communication, or an equivalent qualification.
