Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in defining creative vision for new retail and hospitality projects in collaboration with Store Design Planning team
- Conceive innovative, elegant, and timeless design concepts within luxury hospitality and retail environments
- Translate functional requirements and brand identity into coherent and differentiated spatial experiences
- Create and present design concepts through mood boards, visual presentations, and 3D sketches
- Oversee project development from conceptual phase through final realization, ensuring design integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to guarantee adherence to design intent
- Manage projects while maintaining quality objectives, budget control, scheduling, and timeline compliance
- Select furniture, lighting fixtures, materials, and finishes to ensure aesthetic, technical, and budget coherence
- Monitor market trends, materials, innovations, and evolving developments in design and retail environments
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, concept creation, and high-end project development, ideally in an international setting
- Demonstrated experience in luxury and/or retail sectors
- Excellent design culture and strong aesthetic sensitivity applied to commercial, hospitality, and premium environments
- Thorough knowledge of FF&E, furniture, materials, finishes, and innovative market solutions
- Proficiency in design and graphic representation tools, particularly AutoCAD (2D) and SketchUp (3D)
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral
- Creative, autonomous, and meticulous with excellent communication skills, collaborative spirit, strong ideation capacity, and ease in international multicultural environments

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, concept creation, and the development of high-end luxury retail or hospitality projects, preferably within an international context. Prior experience in the luxury and retail sectors is essential.
Education
Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or an equivalent professional qualification.
