Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and iterate coaching and training programmes for boutique sales teams focused on product knowledge, clienteling, sales techniques and customer experience.
- Support boutique managers with one-to-one coaching, in-store observations, role-play sessions and action plans to raise conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Translate commercial objectives and product launches into practical learning modules and field tools; ensure consistent execution across the retail network.
- Monitor and analyse sales KPIs and training impact; prepare concise performance reports and recommendations for regional leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, merchandising and marketing to align onboarding, seasonal campaign training and product education.
- Travel regularly to boutiques to deliver on-site coaching, troubleshoot performance gaps and embed best practice.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (typically 4–7+ years) in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in coaching, training or L&D roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales KPIs in a boutique environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at store and regional leadership levels.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a dispersed retail network and available for frequent travel.
- Experience in premium watchmaking or luxury goods preferred but not mandatory.

Education
