Role & Responsibilities

  • Travel regularly within the region to deliver on-site coaching, mystery shopper follow-ups and multi-store rollout programmes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail coaching or sales training, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate business KPIs into practical coaching plans and measurable performance improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills with the gravitas to influence senior retail leaders and frontline advisors.
  • Fluent in English; additional proficiency in French (or local language) strongly preferred given the Swiss-French location.
  • Flexible availability to travel frequently and work occasional retail hours including weekends.
