Role & Responsibilities

- Analyse retail KPIs and sales data to identify performance gaps, design targeted interventions and measure coaching impact.
- Collaborate with retail management to align training priorities with seasonal launches, visual merchandising and client events.
- Design scalable training materials — playbooks, e‑learning modules and assessment tools — and train store managers to cascade coaching locally.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of coaching or training frontline retail teams in a luxury environment.
- Deep knowledge of luxury client experience, selling methodologies and boutique operations.
- Ability to translate performance data into practical coaching plans and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal presence, credibility with senior store leaders, and capacity to deliver constructive feedback.
- Willingness to travel regionally to boutiques and to work flexible retail hours when required.
Skills
Experience
Five or more years of progressive experience within luxury retail, with demonstrable hands‑on coaching or training responsibility and measurable improvements in store sales and client experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
