- Coordinate cross‑functional problem‑solving workshops and manage escalation to engineering or management when required.
- Support supplier quality activities, incoming inspection criteria and acceptance testing where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, industrial technology, or horology; advanced technical training in quality management preferred.
- Proven expertise in corrective action methodologies (8D), FMEA and root‑cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems and audit processes; Six Sigma or equivalent certification is an advantage.
