Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure successful project milestones are achieved, maintaining alignment with quality, cost, timeline, and functional/aesthetic specifications
- Establish and manage detailed development timelines and budgets, allocating and optimizing cross-functional resources to deliver project objectives
- Lead and coordinate the project team, fostering collaboration across all departments to ensure timely delivery of the new calibre portfolio to sales teams in partnership with the Watch Development Project Lead
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of development processes and associated tools
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or equivalent HES qualification with complementary project management training
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the same function within the watchmaking industry
- Excellent knowledge of calibre development; experience with watch complication development is a plus
- Full proficiency with project management tools and ideally relevant certifications (PMP, Agile)
- Fluent French and strong English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with sensitivity to the needs and constraints of cross-functional teams; demonstrated analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Proactive, autonomous, and enthusiastic with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
