Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate workshop activities to ensure respect of production schedules and customer priorities
  • Optimize capacity and load of production means, guaranteeing availability of equipment and necessary resources

Qualifications

  • Technical background in mechanics, micromechanics, or polymechanics with minimum 5 years of significant experience managing a CNC machining workshop, ideally in milling and electrical discharge machining
  • Expert knowledge of precision part manufacturing and industrial production processes
  • Proficiency in production planning, resource optimization, and equipment performance management
