Role & Responsibilities
- Support PR and Influence teams in project execution by coordinating activities, tracking priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage administrative functions including budget oversight, contract administration, invoice processing, and internal procedures
- Oversee event and activation logistics in collaboration with internal teams and market representatives
- Maintain databases, monitor key performance indicators, and consolidate performance reports
- Optimize tools and processes while facilitating coordination across teams, agencies, and external partners
Qualifications
- Diploma in communication, marketing, public relations, or project management
- Demonstrated experience in a coordination or project assistant role
- Prior experience in luxury, media, communications, or influence sectors (preferred)
