Role & Responsibilities

  • Polish watch case components (case backs, mid-cases, bezels) in gold, platinum, and steel using specialized finishing techniques
  • Execute polishing, hand-finishing, perlage, and circular satin-finishing operations according to defined technical specifications and work instructions
  • Perform self-inspection and quality control at each stage of the finishing process to ensure compliance with Audemars Piguet standards
  • Maintain, service, and preserve all assigned machines and tooling, adhering strictly to operational guidelines and safety protocols
  • Contribute actively to the smooth functioning of the workshop and support team objectives

Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Diploma (CFC) in watch case finishing or equivalent professional qualification
  • 3 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in a similar case polishing or component finishing role
  • Exemplary attention to detail, precision, and impeccable work cleanliness standards
