Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain safety records, generate KPIs and periodic compliance reports for management; liaise with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external authorities, occupational-health providers and third‑party auditors as required for inspections, certifications and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in occupational health, safety engineering, environmental health, industrial hygiene or a related technical discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
  • Formal certification in occupational health & safety (e.g., ISO 45001 lead implementer/auditor, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss OHS legislation, cantonal requirements and practical experience applying regulations within a manufacturing environment.
