NPI Buyer Specialist position in Le Brassus, Switzerland. Strategic sourcing and procurement role for new product launches in the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and vendors for NPI materials and components
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with product development timelines and business objectives
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize cost and quality
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with specifications and deadlines

Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management

- Knowledge of luxury manufacturing or high-end goods production preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field. Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPSM are advantageous.
