Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect and regulate movement components, verifying dimensional tolerances and aesthetic finish
- Assemble sub-assemblies whilst anticipating the mechanical constraints of major complications
- Assemble complicated movements in adherence to the most rigorous horological tolerances
- Commission, adjust, and synchronise complications to ensure seamless mechanical interaction
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues inherent to haute complications
- Perform fine regulation of completed movements to guarantee performance, stability, and chronometric accuracy
- Execute the casing, finishing work, and final aesthetic inspection of exceptional timepieces
- Conduct functional and chronometric testing; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with internal teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in watchmaking (CFC or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience specialising in complicated movements
- Expert knowledge of traditional horological complications: chronograph, rattrapante, minute repeater, and perpetual calendar
- Demonstrated mastery in the regulation and adjustment of all functions within each complication type
- Recognised for meticulous attention to detail and consistently superior workmanship
- Ability to work with complete autonomy and self-direction
- Strong interpersonal skills and seamless integration within team environments
- Comfort and enthusiasm in engaging with clientele and heritage storytelling

Experience
Minimum 8 years of specialised experience in the assembly, regulation, and troubleshooting of complicated horological movements within a luxury watchmaking environment.
Education
Diploma in watchmaking (CFC d'Horloger) or equivalent professional qualification in horological craftsmanship.
