The Manufacturing Operations Management Expert reports to the Head of Industry PMO & Operational Excellence and serves as the functional lead for MOM solutions, supporting the performance, quality, and traceability of industrial operations. The role bridges business and IT teams, leading application enhancements, user support, system integrations, and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and formalize user requirements in collaboration with business teams.
- Lead enhancements to MOM/MES solutions and coordinate their deployment.
- Provide functional support and guide users in adopting the tools.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of production, quality, and traceability data.
- Contribute to industrial digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with IT teams to integrate MOM systems with ERP, PLM, and other industrial applications.
- Help harmonize processes and standards globally.
Qualifications
- Higher education in engineering, information systems, or an equivalent field.
- Seven years of experience in an industrial environment and with MES/MOM solutions.
- Knowledge of production, quality, and traceability processes.
- Good understanding of industrial application ecosystems, including MES, ERP, PLM, and WMS.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Excellent analytical skills, rigour, and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
- Fluent French; English is an additional asset.
