Leading luxury fashion house — Seoul — Logistics Specialist (executive) responsible for import/export, distribution and 3PL management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations for the region, including inbound imports, outbound distribution and returns management.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure reliable and cost‑efficient movement of goods.
  • Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and oversight of customs clearance processes and documentation.
  • Define and monitor logistics KPIs (lead times, OTIF, inventory accuracy, transport cost per unit) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee WMS/TMS/ERP processes and partner with IT to deploy system enhancements or integrations.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional projects with merchandising, planning, retail operations and marketing to align logistics with commercial calendars.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimisation, demand‑smoothing and distribution strategies to minimise stock obsolescence and logistics costs.
  • Negotiate carrier contracts, service level agreements and manage logistics budgets and cost control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrable leadership in logistics or supply chain roles within fashion, retail or luxury goods.
  • Deep knowledge of international trade rules, Incoterms and customs procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage 3PL partnerships, negotiate freight contracts and control logistics P&L.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience setting and reporting KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related discipline; Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
