Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Le Brassus showroom, ensuring a flawless client experience and adherence to maison standards.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, VIP visits and private viewings; optimise calendar and ensure seamless handovers with sales staff.
- Supervise showroom preparation, presentation and merchandise rotation to maintain impeccable visual and product standards.
- Liaise with sales advisors, after-sales and atelier teams to coordinate bespoke client requests, deliveries and demonstrations.
- Plan and execute in-house events and client hospitality programmes in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain accurate administrative records including visitor logs, appointment notes, inventory movements and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, privacy requirements and quality controls for high-value inventory.
- Coach, mentor and roster showroom support staff and temporary teams; escalate personnel or operational issues to Sales Management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or showroom operations, preferably within watches, jewelry or haute couture.
- Demonstrable experience managing client appointments, VIP service and high-net-worth relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fastidious, detail-driven environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and understanding of security procedures for high-value merchandise.
- Languages: proficiency in French and English preferred; additional languages an advantage.

Mid-senior level: typically 3–6 years in luxury retail or showroom coordination, including direct experience with VIP client service and operational leadership; prior exposure to watch or jewelry retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality, business, retail management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
