Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and organize all Watch Laboratory activities to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance
  • Manage new product qualification activities and testing protocols
  • Ensure optimal alignment between workload, capacity, testing means, and available competencies while promoting cross-functional expertise
  • Provide technical and analytical support to internal departments and business sectors, actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within the watchmaking industry
