Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for IT operations across the Seoul office and local boutiques, handling incidents, service requests and escalations.
- Provide first- and second-line technical support for workstations, mobile devices, printers and POS terminals; troubleshoot hardware and software issues to restore service quickly.
- Administer user accounts, access rights and device provisioning through Active Directory and Microsoft 365; onboard and offboard employees in coordination with HR.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, documentation and configuration records; ensure software licensing and patching are current.
- Liaise with regional IT, external vendors and service providers to manage deployments, network connectivity, scheduled maintenance and urgent outages.
- Support point-of-sale systems, retail-specific applications and integrations; perform routine checks ahead of trading hours to ensure continuity.
- Contribute to IT projects and rollouts (hardware refresh, software upgrades, network improvements) by coordinating local logistics, testing and user training.
- Deliver end-user training and produce clear user guides and knowledge-base articles in English and Korean as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional IT support or operations experience, preferably within retail or hospitality environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory account management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail application support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer-facing communication and the ability to work across time zones with regional teams.
- Fluency in Korean required; professional working proficiency in English preferred.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on IT support or coordination experience, ideally gained in a retail, luxury or hospitality setting. Experience supporting POS systems and collaborating with regional IT teams is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
