Audemars Piguet seeks IT Service Management Expert for Request & Demand Management in Le Brassus, Switzerland. Lead ITIL processes and ServiceNow governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Request & Demand Management processes to align with organizational objectives
- Guide IT teams in the application of ITIL best practices and process standards
- Coordinate and track business requests in collaboration with multiple IT domains
- Manage the service catalog and associated forms within the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate governance meetings and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders
- Train and support team members in the adoption and execution of established processes
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in information technology or equivalent qualification
- 8–10 years of professional experience in IT Service Management, Demand Management, or Request Management roles
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow platform
- Deep knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks
- Proven experience managing cross-functional environments with multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in transformation-oriented environments
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
