Audemars Piguet hiring IT Portfolio Manager in Le Brassus, Switzerland. Lead CHF 40M+ portfolio across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Regional IS Services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project portfolios across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Regional IS Services domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic objectives
  • Deliver consolidated portfolio visibility and provide management with analyses, performance indicators, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
  • Oversee a consolidated budget exceeding CHF 40 million, managing financial tracking, forecasting, cost control, and associated reporting
  • Identify, manage, and arbitrate risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and priorities across all programmes and projects
  • Functionally supervise a community of approximately 12 external project managers and promote harmonized working methodologies
  • Develop and maintain robust portfolio governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, adherence to standards, and consistency across reporting mechanisms
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, PMO functions, departmental leaders, and business stakeholders to foster cross-functional and collaborative approaches
  • Act as a strategic control tower for the Senior Director of IS & User Services, providing visibility, anticipation, and comprehensive portfolio recommendations

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience in a Portfolio Manager, senior Program Manager, or Head of PMO role within complex IT environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-project, multi-stakeholder portfolios with high executive visibility
  • Advanced proficiency in governance processes, budget management, and executive-level reporting
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Services environments with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams
  • Proven experience in functional leadership of project teams and community development within PM functions
  • Strong analytical capability, prioritization discipline, and ability to thrive in transformation contexts
  • Recognized leadership presence with demonstrated capacity to align diverse stakeholders, build cohesion, and foster trusted relationships across organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach

Education

University degree in business administration, management, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) or equivalent professional credentials are advantageous.
