Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day IT operations across retail stores and corporate offices, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Act as first- and second-line escalation for incidents affecting POS, network connectivity, workstations and retail applications; manage incident lifecycle to resolution.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to schedule maintenance, hardware deployments and software upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate procurement, deployment and end-of-life processes for terminals, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Implement and document standard operating procedures, runbooks and knowledge articles for store teams and local IT staff.
- Support user onboarding and deliver targeted training for store personnel on POS workflows, retail applications and security best practices.
- Monitor network and service health (connectivity, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and perform routine diagnostics and basic remediation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT support or coordination experience, preferably within retail or luxury retail environments.
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems, network fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi) and user workstation support.
- Strong vendor management and project coordination skills; ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail calendar.
- Fluency in Korean; professional working proficiency in English preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of IT support or operations experience, ideally supporting retail stores or consumer-facing systems; prior exposure to POS environments and vendor-managed services is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
