Confidential luxury brand in Seoul seeks an IT Coordinator to oversee service desk, infrastructure and vendor coordination in Seoul.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the IT service desk: log, triage and resolve incidents and service requests; escalate to vendors or internal specialists when required.
- Administer user accounts and access (onboarding/offboarding) and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user lifecycle processes.
- Manage IT assets and inventories across corporate and retail locations, including software licensing and hardware lifecycles.
- Support point-of-sale systems, store networks, and endpoint devices; perform routine maintenance, imaging and patch management.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for installations, repairs and service-level compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles; contribute to IT change-control and project roll-outs.
- Monitor network and system health; perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity, VPN and remote access issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support or coordination experience, preferably within retail, luxury retail or multi-site environments.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with boutique teams and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory; exposure to endpoint management and imaging tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate vendors, and document technical procedures clearly.

At least 2 years of progressive IT support or operations experience, with prior exposure to retail or multi-site IT environments preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
