Audemars Piguet seeks an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Expert in Le Brassus, Switzerland. Master's degree and 7+ years of tax/transfer pricing experience required. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise the Group and its subsidiaries on Swiss and international tax matters, including corporate income tax, direct and indirect taxation, and VAT
- Analyze fiscal impacts of strategic projects, transactions, acquisitions, restructurings, and business initiatives
- Participate in international projects by assessing tax risks and implications, and overseeing implementation across multiple countries
- Maintain fiscal vigilance and evaluate the impact of regulatory developments on Group operations
- Ensure tax compliance through control of deferred taxes, effective tax rates, and continuous improvement of processes, controls, and documentation
- Support Group compliance efforts for OECD Pillar Two, including data collection, calculations, reporting, and documentation
- Manage transfer pricing matters, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation, and intragroup transaction monitoring
- Provide support in managing tax audits, information requests, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams on tax aspects of cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in tax, transfer pricing, or a comparable discipline, gained in corporate or consulting environments
- Strong expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar Two, and tax compliance
- Advanced analytical and data synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders in international and multicultural settings
- Proven competency in managing and coordinating cross-functional tax projects involving multiple jurisdictions
- Effective communication with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Recognized for rigor and ability to maintain robust and compliant tax control frameworks in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Fluent in French and English

Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in taxation, transfer pricing, or a related discipline, acquired in either corporate or consulting environments. Experience in managing complex tax matters across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with internal and external tax stakeholders is required.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or an equivalent advanced qualification in a related field.
