Role & Responsibilities
- Advise the Group and its subsidiaries on Swiss and international tax matters, including corporate income tax, direct and indirect taxation, VAT, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze fiscal impacts of strategic initiatives, transactions, acquisitions, restructurations, and business projects across jurisdictions
- Lead international transfer pricing projects, evaluating risks and implementing solutions across multiple countries
- Conduct ongoing tax regulatory monitoring and assess implications of legislative changes on Group operations
- Maintain robust fiscal compliance through deferred tax analysis, effective tax rate monitoring, and continuous improvement of processes and controls
- Oversee Group compliance with OECD Pillar 2 requirements, including data collection, calculations, reporting, and documentation
- Manage Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation, and intragroup transaction tracking
- Support tax audits, information requests, and dispute resolution processes with fiscal authorities
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Legal teams on cross-functional fiscal projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in tax law, transfer pricing, or equivalent domain, acquired in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced knowledge of corporate taxation, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar 2, and fiscal compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical and data synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and operate in international, multicultural settings
- Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional tax projects involving multiple jurisdictions
- Effective communication skills with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Recognized for rigor and commitment to maintaining robust fiscal controls and regulatory compliance
- Fluent in French and English

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in tax law, transfer pricing, or a closely related domain, acquired either within corporate environments or through consulting firms. Demonstrates mastery of Swiss and international tax frameworks, with proven success in advising on complex fiscal matters and managing cross-border transactions.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
