Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the cybersecurity engineers' team responsible for designing and deploying security solutions, including data leakage prevention (DLP) and detection controls
  • Manage the identity and access management (IAM/PAM) team to design, deploy, and support user and customer identity protection solutions
  • Define, document, and enforce security standards and best practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure information security engineering involvement in all IT projects through PMO governance gates, from initiation through closure
  • Design and coordinate deployment of email security, endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR), cloud security, and intrusion detection systems
  • Deliver cybersecurity projects in collaboration with infrastructure, architecture, PMO, legal, and external partners
  • Lead remediation of Red Team and penetration testing findings in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Build team capabilities through mentorship and by providing architectural guidance on critical security initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, engineering, or computer science with minimum 5 years of higher education
  • Proven experience in IT security and technical team management
  • Advanced knowledge of identity and access management solutions (PAM, IAM, CIAM)
  • Expertise in email filtering, endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), and endpoint hardening
  • Mastery of cybersecurity solutions, methodologies, and standards (firewall, antivirus, cryptography, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, OWASP, IEC62443)
  • In-depth knowledge of modern security architectures and concepts (Cloud, Zero Trust)
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
