Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the industrial controlling team with monthly production closing and reconciliation of manufacturing costs.
  • Analyse cost variances (materials, labor, overhead) and prepare concise explanations and corrective action proposals.
  • Consolidate production and inventory data to feed rolling forecasts, budgets and KPI dashboards.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports and presentation materials for controllers and plant management.
  • Assist with continuous‑improvement projects to enhance costing processes, data integrity and reporting automation.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing and quality teams to ensure alignment between operational activity and financial records.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with comfort handling large datasets and performing variance analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formula‑based modelling; proficiency with PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Organised, detail oriented and able to meet monthly reporting deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Professional demeanour with effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
