Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for assigned indirect spend categories, including maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), facilities, and professional services
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to identify optimization opportunities and competitive benchmarking insights
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with key suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, quality standards, and compliance with corporate policies
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, audit protocols, and periodic business reviews; implement corrective actions as needed
