Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the talent acquisition process: screen CVs, coordinate interviews, liaise with candidates and maintain applicant tracking records.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, induction scheduling and new-hire administration.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records; produce regular HR reports and maintain confidential personnel files.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support: drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials and managing calendars.
  • Support learning & development and employee engagement initiatives, including logistics for internal training and events.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and process-improvement initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.
  • Professional communication skills, discretion and the capacity to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Working knowledge of common office software and comfort learning HR systems; prior experience with recruitment coordination or HR administration is an asset.

Experience

Bachelor's or Master's level education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (current enrolment often acceptable for an internship).
