HR Business Partner role in Le Locle, Switzerland. Strategic HR position supporting business leadership and organizational development in the luxury watchmaking sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and management to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Provide strategic HR consulting on organizational design, talent management, and change management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs across assigned business units
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and company HR policies
- Act as primary HR liaison between corporate headquarters and operational teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR business partnership or strategic HR experience
- Advanced knowledge of Swiss employment law and labor regulations
- Proven experience in luxury, manufacturing, or high-precision industries (preferably horology or watchmaking)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive change
- Fluency in French and English; German a strong advantage

Experience
Mid-Senior level professional with a minimum of 5 years in HR business partnership, strategic HR, or people operations roles. Preferred experience within luxury goods, watchmaking, manufacturing, or multinational organizations with complex workforce structures.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline. Advanced certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is advantageous.
