HR Business Partner role in Le Locle, Switzerland. Strategic HR position supporting business leadership and organizational development in the luxury watchmaking sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and management to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
