Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process: post advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, prepare welcome documentation and ensure administrative completeness of personnel files.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and routine metrics to support People & Culture decision-making.
- Assist with learning & development logistics, internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects across HR functions (employer branding, campus relations, diversity & inclusion) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional discretion and a service-oriented mindset appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of written and verbal proficiency in French; professional working knowledge of English.

Experience
Prior internship or work experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is suitable for students or recent graduates seeking practical HR experience in luxury retail/fashion.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
