Audemars Piguet HR Generalist role in Tokyo—lead recruitment, L&D, and engagement initiatives. Full-time position reporting to HR Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment strategy and lead end-to-end hiring processes for mid-career, temporary, and staffing placements based on business and workforce planning needs
- Design and deliver learning and development programs, including comprehensive onboarding curricula and career development initiatives for all employee levels
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies through events, internal communications campaigns, and culture-building initiatives that enhance employee experience
- Participate in global HR projects and provide operational support to HR and business teams
- Manage logistics and coordination for executive and international visitor support activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience
- Demonstrated expertise in mid-career recruitment and hiring processes
- Foundational knowledge of compensation and benefits (C&B)
- Native proficiency in Japanese
- Conversational English with commitment to achieving business-level fluency
- Preferred: recruitment experience within the retail or luxury sector
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in human resources operations, with direct experience in mid-career recruitment and hiring. Retail or luxury brand experience is advantageous but not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously and partner effectively across business units.
Education
Secondary education minimum; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Flexible working hours (7:00–20:00, 7.5 hours standard, 60-minute break). Annual holidays approximately 122 days.
