Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on daily operational HR challenges and strategic initiatives
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for talent acquisition and integration
- Develop and execute competency development and career management programs
- Oversee payroll and HR administration activities to ensure compliance and seamless employee experience
- Manage labor relations and provide guidance on individual employment situations
- Champion organizational change initiatives and deploy HR projects
- Drive continuous improvement of HR practices, processes, and policies
- Conduct regular field visits to retail locations to understand operational realities and provide proximity-based support
Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Human Resources
- Federal HR Certificate (Brevet Fédéral RH) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar HR business partner role
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
- German language knowledge is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and autonomous work habits
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Proactive and empathetic communication style with strong interpersonal skills
